Helping you stay informed.

Why Use a Conveyancer?

A conveyancer specialises only in conveyancing transactions (Property Law). Once you have decided to buy or sell a property you instruct your conveyancer to act on your behalf. The conveyancer you appoint will ensure you are fully informed of the process, your obligations and protect your interests.

Contracts for Sale are often complex legal documents that require the expertise of a conveyancer to both prepare and read them. Their role is also to facilitate the interaction between each party including financiers, pest and building inspectors, agents and councils to name a few. Conveyancer’s skillfully co-ordinate each aspect of your purchase or sale and ensures everything runs smoothly from beginning to its conclusion at settlement.

You should preferably appoint a conveyancer before you put your property on the market or begin looking for a new property when buying.
